A new favorite book we are reading this holiday season is TWELVE DINGING DOORBELLS by author Tameka Fryer Brown and illustrator Ebony Glenn.
Penguins Kids sent us this as a part of the Picture Perfect Kids Book club and we are really enjoying it
TWELVE DINGING DOORBELLS is a holiday carol that encapsulates any family gathering throughout the year. It is set to the tune of The Twelve Days of Christmas and I challenge you not to sing it while reading.
When I got to the fifth day, I could not help but to sing it however I was politely asked by my toddler to stop singing 🤣🤣🤣.
I really love how the story changes and the holiday festivities progress throughout the day.
This book really does capture the essence of family gatherings during special times. I highly recommend this book for every bookshelf (and every music teacher’s shelves)!
