Winter Fun!

Hey! It has been awhile since I made a post just “checking in” with everybody to see what’s  new….so how is everyone doing?  How are you? How is your holiday season going? I hope it is going well! We have been keeping pretty active even though its Artic weather outside (anything below 70 is Artic weather in my opinion  lol 😜). So, here is a quick review of what we have been up to! First let me say, my lil guy turned 3 MONTHS last week!

He is getting so big! He loves to laugh and “talk”. He is so full of life and just loves playing with his big sister!! They are quite the pair together.

So, I have been taking this dynamic duo on various adventures in our area to get out of the house and explore!

We took a trip to Harper’s Ferry, W. Va.  It was awesome to be in a little town that has been frozen in time. (I love historic places!)

Maryland Science Center in Baltimore. We went at the perfect time (a Tuesday afternoon) and basically had the whole center to ourselves.

Smithsonian’s Natural History Museum, Butterfly Exhibit 🐛.  Can you see how excited she is to have that butterfly on her arm!!! She just 💗 this.

Brookside Gardens for Garden of Lights. We might just love Brookside Garden!! It is a pretty awesome & amazing place.

National Zoo’s ZooLights

This adventure was quite awesome because we got to see beautiful lights, a light show, and ANIMALS!!!

So, what have you been doing to stay busy this winter?  I know there are a million activites to chose from in the summer time, but a tad bit of creativity is needed during the winter lol. We have attempted storytime at the library but my lil firecracker is just a bit too active for the library (thats my polite way of saying she is pretty loud hahaha!). I hope to find many more exciting activities for my duo this winter. And lastly….

Enjoy!
